Job Summary: M&M Talent Group is hiring Construction Laborers for a client in the Houston area near Bush Airport. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a construction environment and performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities:- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews with daily tasks
- Load, unload, carry, and organize materials and equipment
- Use basic hand tools and power tools as directed
- Assist with jobsite preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
- Perform other general construction duties as assigned
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift and carry materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and in hot environments
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn
