We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Note:
this is an onsite (in‑office) role.
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in‑person, and phone.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, or elevate issues as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Perform visual checks on intake of green waste debris to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Engage with customers during transactions and actively upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Experience working with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, including processing cash, credit card, and check payments (required).
- Knowledge of landscape materials, gardening, or DIY garden improvement projects is a huge plus.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and visual inspections of green waste debris.
- Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
- Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
