We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who is ready to make an impact and help shape the financial direction of a dynamic, mission‑driven organization.

• Lead the company’s financial planning processes
  , including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital investments, and operational decisions.
• Partner with department leaders to identify performance drivers, assess financial implications, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, highlighting key variances and insights for senior leadership.
• Prepare clear, concise board and executive presentations, dashboards, and financial summaries.
• Enhance FP&A processes through automation, improved data flow, and streamlined reporting tools.
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and other strategic projects as requested by the CFO.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to align financial plans with organizational objectives.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g., Net Suite, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership and board audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required;
  MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
