Teller Retail Banker – Woodforest National Bank

Woodforest National Bank is a privately owned, employee‑owned bank serving communities across the nation. This retail banker role supports customers by offering products and services to meet their needs.

Branch Banking – Full‑time position located on Texas
• Humble (Atascocita Walmart-0207).

• Achieve sales goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services that benefit customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Perform branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant, transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant, transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Work status:
  Full‑time.
• Supervisory responsibility:
  None.
• Travel:
  Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage up to 45 miles.
• Working conditions:
  
  Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
