Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents

• Provide Personal Care:
  Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment:
  Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information:
  Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement:
  Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
