This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in The Woodlands, TX. The RBT will work directly with children with Autism, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to encourage skill development and manage challenging behaviors. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic activities, collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress, and collaborating with supervising Behavior Analysts and families to ensure effective treatment plans.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention strategies and techniques
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members
• Background in Psychology or related behavioral sciences is advantageous
• RBT certification or the ability to obtain certification promptly following employment
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with Autism
• Ability to maintain detailed records and accurately collect behavioral data
