Valor-Hospice is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in patients' homes. You will assist with transfers, ambulation, and daily activities, while reporting changes and documenting care to ensure continuity.
Required are a high school diploma (preferred), and certification or training as a nurse aide. A current driver’s license is needed for travel to patient homes and timely care delivery.
