Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to perform skilled home health visits in Katy, TX and surrounding areas. The role is field-based with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, delivering function-focused OT visits under the supervising OT’s plan of care.
You will document thoroughly, coordinate with the care team, and travel daily within the assigned territory. A Texas COTA license and clean driving record are required.
