THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive and relationship driven recruiter to help shape the future of our teams across North America. This role owns full cycle recruiting for both corporate and plant‑based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, attract high quality talent, and deliver consistent, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.

You will support leaders by building interview structures that are disciplined and repeatable, including interview stages, question guides, scorecards, and evaluation tools. You will also conduct prescreens, advise on pipeline strategy, and provide market insights that help managers make strong, timely decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Candidate Experience
  • Act as a knowledgeable and engaging brand ambassador to external talent.
  • Deliver a timely, respectful, and consistent candidate experience across all stages.
  • Provide clear communication on process steps, timelines, and expectations.
  • Prepare candidates with role context, interview logistics, and RS culture insights.
Collaboration and Onboarding
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and IT to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Create offer letters, manage onboarding materials, and pre‑hire documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate start date readiness, including background checks, pre‑employment steps, and first day logistics.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities to create a positive and seamless first week experience.
Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Advise hiring managers on structured interview design, including stages, question guides, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Conduct prescreens interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with RS values.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure hiring teams are prepared and aligned on evaluation standards.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and provide hiring recommendations based on role requirements, behaviors, and competencies.
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Lead the offer process, including compensation alignment, candidate communication, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategy.
  • Proactively source qualified talent through Linked In, job boards, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain momentum to meet agreed hiring timelines.
  • Align with managers role prioritization, talent availability, and hiring timelines.
  • Coach managers on interview discipline, structured evaluation, and sound decision making

  • Ensure consistent use of RS hiring tools and processes across sites and functions.
  • Provide competitive and market insights to support realistic profiles and compensation planning.
  • Support managers in identifying must have versus trainable requirements.
  • Utilize Predictive Index assessments within the selection process, with guidance and interpretation support as needed.
