We are seeking an admitted attorney for an EOIR Associate Attorney position at a premier law firm with growth opportunities. As an EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, manage your caseload and client interactions, and collaborate with our immigration team.

Hybrid position requiring in‑person court appearances in Houston.

• Represent non‑detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Prepare defensive immigration applications (I‑589, 42A, 42B, I‑485, SIJS, PD requests).
• Review immigration applications and USCIS filings such as I‑130, I‑601A, and U‑Visa.
• Meet with clients to determine strategy and provide analysis.
• Manage paralegal team to meet customer‑service expectations.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases.

• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
• Team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with associates.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
• Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload.
• Experience with family‑based petitions, humanitarian, EOIR, detained, citizenship, and other USCIS applications.
• Experience with case‑management software preferred.

$80k–$120k USD, DOE.
