Space Spa Car Wash, part of DIB Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Car Wash Manager to lead our Fall Creek location in Humble, TX.

We are a growing express tunnel car wash brand serving the Greater Houston area. Known for our space-inspired concept, convenient service, and unlimited wash memberships, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who understands car wash operations, knows how to drive membership sales, and can build a motivated, high-performing team.

Previous car wash management experience is required. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Operations & Facility Management

• Manage all daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee equipment performance, routine maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
• Monitor chemical usage, labor costs, and operational expenses.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive unlimited wash membership sales and achieve performance targets.
• Develop strategies to increase membership retention and reduce cancellations.
• Coach employees on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvements to meet business goals.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise car wash employees.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment.
• Develop employees through ongoing coaching and training.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain consistent service standards that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Required:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a car wash operation.
• Strong understanding of express tunnel car wash operations.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience driving membership growth.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred:

• Experience managing high-volume express tunnel car washes.
• Familiarity with car wash equipment, maintenance, and chemical systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
