Base Pay Range

• Perform maintenance activities, from basic facility repairs to complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Assist in installation, operation, maintenance and repair of high voltage equipment (480 volts).
• Identify and repair electrical systems and mechanical defects across production equipment.
• Participate as a Maintenance Lead for assigned area teams.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance Plans to eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Participate in RCA on equipment and process failures.
• Train operators on maintenance techniques.
• Document all maintenance work activity within CMMS.
• Support Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Operate in a safe workplace and follow mechanical power, fluid power, electrical power and environmental rules for welding.
• Follow processes to disassemble and reassemble equipment before cleaning and testing for safe operation.
• Install, align and adjust mechanical power transmission components.
• Troubleshoot and repair power transmission and alignment of gears.
• Use proper measurement tools and calibrate.
• Use Hoist and other tools to safely rig and move parts.
• Determine lubricants required and lubricate equipment.
• Use multi meter and calculate power in a circuit.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and test AC/DC/Servo Motors.
• Perform basic welding and select proper PPE.
• Record all maintenance work within CMMS.
• Utilize CMMS records and OEM drawings to determine improvements.
• Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime including weekends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical focus, or completion of a two-year technical degree with relevant hands‑on experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to successfully complete HACCP Certification.
• Proven experience with NPN/PNP sensors and VFDs in complex automation and control systems.
• Must have Forklift License or complete required training within 90 days of hire.

• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
• Good verbal, written communication, and mathematical skills.
• Working knowledge of ovens, bakery equipment, and packaging equipment.
• AIB Bakery Equipment training course is helpful.
