• Assemble channel letter components
• Install and secure LED lighting systems
• Operate precision shop machinery and hand tools
• Work with metals, plastics, and sign substrates
• Read and follow layouts, plans, and instructions
• Keep materials organized and work spaces clean
• Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and production goals

Pay Range: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read instructions and follow plans
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Experience in sign manufacturing or fabrication
• Familiarity with shop machinery and hand tools
• LED wiring or electrical assembly experience
