HMH in Houston, TX seeks a Production Lead Operator to oversee high-volume rubber molding operations. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, quality and on-time production while maintaining equipment standards.
The role requires at least 3 years in rubber molding, a high school diploma, forklift certification, and willingness to work 5:00 AM–1:30 PM with occasional weekends. The environment is fast-paced, mostly indoors with limited air conditioning.
