As our full time Director of Nursing you will be responsible for maintaining standards of resident care and advising nursing staff. Your role as the Director of Nursing will also include planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing (DON) position must have excellent leadership skills and LTC experience.
