Da Vita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to give life at our outpatient dialysis center. You will make a difference in the lives of patients and families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you haven’t considered Nephrology before, read on.
Some Details About This Position
- No dialysis experience is required.
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- Float to various clinics during and after your training.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- BOENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire required.
