• Conduct obedience training sessions with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Communicate training progress and techniques to dog owners clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Feed, water, and monitor dogs in the kennel facility daily
• Assess dog behavior and temperament to develop individualized training plans
• Assist with intake and discharge of dogs, ensuring proper documentation
• Update all daily notes

• Genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of canine behavior
• Prior experience in dog training, kennel care, or a related animal services role preferred
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels safely and confidently
• Strong communication and customer service skills for client-facing interactions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow Tip Top K9's proven training methods and systems
