• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans that improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service & Cleanliness objectives.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Implement cost controls and monitor production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team onboarding.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Available to work all shifts, open, close, weekends and holidays.
