- Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching.

- Actively coach brand service behaviors – train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate.
- Monitor Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
- Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
- Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
- Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
- Evaluate and implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and monitor schedules and manage new team members’ onboarding process.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
- Available to work all shifts – open, close, weekends and holidays.
