This role blends sales support, customer service, and ship‑in coordination. A strong day looks like:
- Responding to inbound ship‑in inquiries and sales requests (phone/email)
- Gathering specs, timelines, and job details accurately
- Coordinating with internal teams to route jobs correctly and keep things moving
- Supporting quoting/pricing workflows as needed
- Tracking shipping details and proactively updating clients
- Building relationships that turn one‑time buyers into repeat clients
- Keeping notes, activities, and client information organized (CRM/systems)
- Problem‑solving when details change – calmly and professionally
