This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Humble, TX, for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within assigned regions, coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies, and provide data‑driven solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires regular client communication, managing a sales team if necessary, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales, Client Management, Business Development, and understanding customer requirements to deliver targeted solutions
- Experience with Marketing Strategies, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and market analytics
- Ability to lead team operations, set and achieve performance goals, and provide guidance and training to team members
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in managing time and projects efficiently
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the direct marketing industry
