We are seeking a highly personable and relationship-focused Account Executive who thrives on building genuine connections with clients and partners across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who may not come from a traditional sales background, but who naturally earns trust, understands client needs, and successfully closes deals through strong, long-term relationships.

The Account Executive will represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and client meetings nationwide, serving as a key ambassador of our brand, values, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, clients, and strategic partners
  • Travel nationwide (minimum 50%) to meet with existing and prospective clients
  • Attend and represent the company at customer events, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Drive new business opportunities through relationship-building rather than transactional selling
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through trust, service, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and opportunities
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times while traveling and attending events

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable traveling nationwide on a frequent basis (minimum 50%)
  • Confident, professional, and personable presence with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to naturally influence decisions through trust and rapport
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage time and travel independently

    Experience in account management, client services, business development, or relationship‑based roles preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in diverse client environments
