We are seeking a highly personable and relationship-focused Account Executive who thrives on building genuine connections with clients and partners across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who may not come from a traditional sales background, but who naturally earns trust, understands client needs, and successfully closes deals through strong, long-term relationships.
The Account Executive will represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and client meetings nationwide, serving as a key ambassador of our brand, values, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, clients, and strategic partners
- Travel nationwide (minimum 50%) to meet with existing and prospective clients
- Attend and represent the company at customer events, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking functions
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Drive new business opportunities through relationship-building rather than transactional selling
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through trust, service, and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and opportunities
- Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times while traveling and attending events
- This is not a high‑pressure sales role
- Success is driven by relationships, trust, and credibility

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable traveling nationwide on a frequent basis (minimum 50%)
- Confident, professional, and personable presence with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to naturally influence decisions through trust and rapport
- Self‑motivated and able to manage time and travel independently
Experience in account management, client services, business development, or relationship‑based roles preferred - Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to represent the company professionally in diverse client environments
- Outgoing, approachable, and people‑oriented personality
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Comfortable in both formal business settings and casual client environments
- Adaptable, organized, and proactive while traveling
- Passion for building meaningful professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in account management, client relations, business development, customer success, or a relationship‑driven role in lieu of a degree
