• Assist with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials
• Review project plans and safety procedures before installs
• Support the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs
• Work on buildings, poles, and various structures
• Anticipate team needs to keep installs efficient and safe
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times

Compensation: $18–$24 per hour (DOE)

• Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Prior sign installation or construction experience (preferred)
