Front Desk Associate

Our Front Desk Associates are key members of our administrative staff. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making our customers feel welcome in English or Spanish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Respond to all customer inquiries (in English or Spanish) in a manner that supports Safe Splash & Swim Labs’s mission, vision and values.

· Required to be friendly and courteous at all times and to greet every customer as they enter and leave.

· Responsible for answering the phone in a timely manner and getting enough information to direct calls in an appropriate manner.

· Responsible for all retail sales and restocking retail

· Responsible for building maintenance and keeping the cleaning log up to date. Take initiative in keeping the facility clean.

Hours:

12-40 hours per week – flexible early evening and weekend hours available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Spanish (Preferred)
