Compensation: $66,776 per year plus customer tips.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed).
Start time: 6 am–7 am until workload is completed.

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and properly, complying with DOT documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies: no electronic device use while driving and report any incidents or status changes.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Deliver correct products to the designated location and time.
• Maintain delivery information for all accounts, including cash and receipts.
• Identify efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
• Support the team by assisting others when needed.
• Provide water dispenser cleaning services following a strict quality process.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines; upsell products and meet monthly customer acquisition goals.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (or ability to obtain).
• Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different weather conditions.
• Capacity to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to climb in and out of a vehicle 40–55 times per day.
• Commitment to an average 45‑hour work week or more, with variable start/end times.
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record: within the last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations and no major offenses such as DUI/DWI, or driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL.
• Age 21 or older (DOT requirement).
• Proficiency in English language skills.
