Order Puller​/Warehouse Associate– 1st Shift

Openwork is hiring a dependable Order Puller / Warehouse Associate for an industrial equipment and supply company in Humble, TX.

This position focuses on pulling, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The company supplies cryogenic and compressed-gas equipment, including valves, hoses, fittings, and regulators.

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse, order pulling, picking/packing, or shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and a professional attitude. The facility regularly welcomes customers and visitors, so reliability and professionalism are important.

Location:

Humble, TX Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM Shift: 1st Shift Industry: Industrial Equipment & Distribution.

• Pull and prepare customer orders using pick tickets.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Prepare packages for parcel and freight shipping.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse materials and maintain inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, order pulling, picking/packing, shipping, or related experience.
• Ability to read pick tickets, packing slips, and product labels.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Industrial or mechanical parts experience is a plus.

• Active warehouse environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Repetitive picking, packing, and material handling.
• Ability to safely move boxes and warehouse materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.

• Business casual attire.
• Knee-length shorts are acceptable.
• Clothing must be neat and free of inappropriate logos or graphics.
• Required safety equipment must be worn when applicable.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
• Hands-on warehouse and order fulfillment experience.
