PAMI Senior Accountant Role

Join the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute as a Senior Accountant in Humboldt. In this full-time position, you'll focus on financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement within the accounting department.

In collaboration with the Director of Finance, you will engage in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. With a strong background in financial systems and at least 5 years of experience, your role will contribute significantly to the organization’s operational success and support strategic financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly participate in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities efficiently

• Prepare detailed journal entries and working papers

• Aid in management reporting and project financials

• Assist in external audits and compliance reports

Requirements:

• Specialized degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5 years of relevant experience required

• CPA designation preferred

• Knowledge of project accounting and budgeting is valuable

• Familiarity with public sector accounting is a plus
