Celco provides highly customized and innovative integrated automation solutions for our clients, empowering them to be more efficient and competitive.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a System Integrator to our Celo team located in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.

As a System Integrator, you are the bridge between vendors and the end customer. You are responsible for the design, programming, and commissioning of customer control systems for industrial applications.

• Design, program, test, commission, and support industrial automation and control systems based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, Historian, VFD, and MCC applications, with a focus on Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider platforms.
• Interpret customer requirements, sequences of operation, engineering and project-related drawings and technical specifications.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support instrumentation and process control devices, including flow meters, pressure and level transmitters, water analytical equipment such as chlorine analyzers, valves, motor starters, and VFDs.
• Perform control panel verification, system startup, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Prepare project documentation, commissioning plans, and customer training materials.
• Deliver customer training and provide ongoing remote and on-site technical support.
• Troubleshoot automation, electrical, networking, and process control issues, recommending maintenance and system improvements as needed.
• On-site and remote service of existing installed automation systems, assisting customers and suggesting maintenance or upgrades.
• Travel is required. Most travel is within the province of Saskatchewan or Canada.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Journeyperson Electrician, Automation, Instrumentation, or related post-secondary technical training.
• 3 to 7 years of experience programming, commissioning, and supporting industrial control systems.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, particularly Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider platforms.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, motor controls, VFDs, and process control systems.
• Experience with industrial networking and communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Device Net, Profibus, fiber optics, or similar technologies.
• Ability to work safely with electrical systems up to 600V, 3-phase.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

• P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation.
• Experience in water/wastewater, manufacturing, mining, forestry, or food and beverage environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with integrated electromechanical systems including flow meters, variable frequency drives, motor starters, automatic valves and analytical transmitters.
