Position: Technical Analyst for Agriculture Company
Join Insight Global as a Technical Analyst in Saskatoon for a leading agriculture company. This hybrid 12-month contract role focuses on implementing and sustaining enterprise applications.
As a Technical Analyst, you will provide hands-on technical leadership in managing commercial off-the-shelf applications. Your experience should include system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting, as well as supporting license management and vendor coordination. This role requires collaboration with various teams for operational sustainment and improvements across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical implementation and application sustainment

• Manage the existing portfolio of low-touch applications

• Coordinate licensing and vendor interactions

• Oversee user and access management processes

• Facilitate continuous improvement across systems
Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT or systems analysis

• Hands-on experience with COTS implementations

• Proficient in system configuration and administration

• Knowledge of software license management

• Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now
