This permanent, full-time position directly reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will prioritize work orders, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot various equipment, including heating and plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize maintenance work orders with the Maintenance Manager

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment

• Maintain biosecurity and health safety compliance

• Respond to emergency repair situations on-call

• Ensure effective operation of all barn equipment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

• Effective time management abilities

• Class 5 driver’s license required

• Self-motivated and reliable work ethic
