As the C-Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and effective merchandising. With over five years of retail experience and at least two in leadership, you will guide your team while managing vendor relationships and merchandise purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Westwood C-Store and Gas Bar operations
• Ensure safe and profitable store functions
• Oversee brand and merchandising adherence
• Lead, train, and develop your team effectively
• Purchase and market convenience store merchandise
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Class 5 Driver’s license
• 5+ years retail experience, 2+ years in leadership
• Knowledge of petroleum products and safety practices
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
