Tow Truck Operator: Hands

Position: Tow Truck Operator: Hands-On Role
Experience variety every day as a Tow Truck Operator with Discovery Towing. This energetic on-call role involves assisting customers in a multitude of roadside situations.

Join Discovery Towing and become a vital resource for customers in need of immediate help. In this position, you will respond to diverse roadside incidents, load and recover vehicles skillfully, and communicate effectively with dispatch. You’ll be responsible for equipment inspections and will keep an organized log of your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls

• Load and transport vehicles safely in all conditions

• Utilize winches and securing devices during operations

• Recover overturned vehicles as required

• Maintain accurate equipment and service logs

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 or Class 3 driver’s license with clean record

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Strong ability to handle pressure in emergencies

• Willingness to pursue air-brake endorsement

• Comply with drug screening and background check
