Pattison Agriculture is seeking a Trucking Department Logistics Coordinator to enhance fleet operations. This full-time role in Saskatchewan focuses on maximizing efficiency and supporting customer service initiatives.

You will partner with the Trucking Operations Manager to ensure load readiness and compliance with transportation regulations. Your responsibilities will entail coordinating requests across locations, securing permits, and providing trucking cost estimates. Your work will help uphold the high standards of one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all trucking load readiness requests

• Obtain permits and guide the trucking team

• Prepare equipment service for safe transport

• Develop cost estimates for trucking services

• Monitor service tickets and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics

• Administrative support background in fleet operations

• Proficient in logistics systems and software

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and adaptability
