Whatchallenges can you expect?
- You serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and HR matters
- You maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems confidentially
- You support recruiting activities, including job postings and interview coordination
- You prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation
- You help organize site events and employee engagement activities
- You have an associate’s degree (Bachelor’s in HR or Business preferred)
- You bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
- You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- You handle confidential information with professionalism
