• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 3+yearsofexperience in a manufacturingsupervisory roleor 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred.
• HACCP certification and a basicunderstandingofHACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification preferred.
• Knowledge of freshmeatsprocessingpreferred.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections using fixed ladders,stairssteps,etc.
• Able to tolerate environmental condition sin the area of responsibility. The temperature inmost of theareas range from 28°-45° Fahrenheit.

• Supervisory:
• Responsible for allproductionoperations at the facility. This includes managing all production supervisors’departments,production schedules,product rotation,CCP verification schedules,and overseeingthesafety committee. This role includes responsibility to review team members in these roles and developandimprovein anydeficient areas.
• Travel:
• Some travelisrequiredas needed.
