Quality Assurance Measurement Technician

• You will perform receiving inspections, measurements, and first‑piece inspections to confirm that supplier parts and materials meet applicable specifications.
• You will create and maintain inspection records, initial sample and test reports, calibration documentation, and other records required by the Quality Management System.
• You will identify nonconforming parts or assemblies, document quality notifications in SAP, and recommend solutions to suppliers and internal teams.
• You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality and assembly‑related concerns.
• You will assess manufacturing and testing processes, provide technical guidance, and perform statistical studies to support process and product quality.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have experience programming and operating coordinate measuring machines and performing gage calibration.
• You have experience in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
• You have the ability to read and understand general drawings and can learn to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot product defects.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
