Empower Rental Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Jackson, TN. We are a family of local equipment rental providers across the southeastern US with over 36 locations. We are adding an outside sales role to our team in the Jackson, TN area.

Summary
The Outside Sales Representative works cooperatively with the team to introduce and sell products and services to new and established customers, making cold calls in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects.
- Respond to customer calls.
- Track and follow up on existing quotes.
- Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions about administration, delivery or invoicing.
- Make a large volume of outbound cold calls to physical locations.
- Meet assigned revenue quotas.
- Prepare and submit activity reports and forecasts.
- Maintain CRM database with contact details and sales activity notes.
- Communicate frequently with customers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety meetings.
- Assist in continuous improvement strategy for quality and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
