The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving client growth, expanding account opportunities, and ensuring alignment between sales strategy and field operations. This position not only leads accelerated, high-margin growth initiatives but also serves as the primary sales and planning resource for one of four Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) of Field Operations within the assigned region, working in close partnership with the Associate Vice President of Sales to support regional performance and execution.

This position is based at our Hummelstown, PA headquarters, with travel as needed, up to 25%, to the assigned market for in-person immersion, client relationship management, and coordination with field leadership.

This role brings focus, structure, and strategic follow-through to sales activity across the region. You will help operational leaders translate growth goals into measurable action, organizing pipeline activity, driving CRM discipline, supporting accurate sales forecasting, and coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure new opportunities are successfully executed.

By partnering with your assigned AVP, the VP of Business Development, and our Operations Service Center, you will ensure that sales efforts are well-timed, well-documented, and aligned with workforce availability and service capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary sales coordination partner for a market assigned AVP, supporting regional client growth, wallet share expansion, and new business development.
  • Work directly with the AVP of Sales to implement strategy, monitor progress, and align market priorities.
  • Travel as needed, up to 25%, to your assigned market to build local relationships, participate in client meetings, and immerse yourself in field operations.
  • Support sales forecasting activities—ensuring metrics, methods, and assumptions are accurate, consistent, and clearly communicated.
  • Partner with the Operations Service Center and field teams to match new opportunities with service capabilities, availability, and staffing requirements.
  • Maintain client and pipeline data in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring accurate activity tracking and complete client profiles.
  • Prepare internal and client-facing materials, including meeting briefs, client reviews, and action plans.
  • Track account health, usage trends, and feedback to surface risks and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Promote adoption of sales best practices among operational leaders, helping improve forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the VP of Business Development or Executive Leadership.
  • Attend internal planning or strategy meetings as required (virtually or in-person as needed).
  • Represent company values and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and client-first decision-making.
  • The employee may also be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Regional AVPs have the structure, tools, and support they need to confidently grow the business alongside their operational responsibilities.
  • Sales forecasting becomes more accurate, consistent, and actionable across regions, improving planning and alignment company wide.
  • CRM becomes a more reliable and up-to-date source of truth for all client activity, outreach, and growth progress.
  • Clients experience a seamless handoff from business development to service execution, with clear communication and dependable follow-through.
