Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.
Responsibilities- Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
- Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
- Comfort working with children.
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
- 20% pay differential for client-facing sessions that go past 6 pm or for Saturday sessions.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range $18 - $21 USD
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check. This includes Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well-being of the children we serve.
