Environmental Services Technician -Floor Technician

Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, is seeking an EVS Floor Technician/Environmental Services Technician.

• Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
• Compensation: $17.00–$20.73 per hour, based on years of experience.
• Employment type: Full-time
• Seniority level: Entry level

• Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, including patient rooms, offices, nurse’s stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor or appropriate department.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, towels, toilet tissue, and other disposable items.
• Perform tasks related to the EVS program as directed by supervisor.

• Minimum: Previous housekeeping experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.
