Human Edge Health is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel RN to join a leading LTAC facility in Hummelstown, PA for a 13-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to medically complex patients

• Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rehabilitation programs

• Communicate effectively with the care team, patients, and families regarding patient status and care plans

• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff

• Support patient safety initiatives and promote a culture of accountability

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (PA or Compact)

• Minimum 1 year of recent LTAC, med-surg, or ICU experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills

• Comfortable working night shifts and managing a diverse patient population
