Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling solutions and provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bath transformations.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments
, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

• Educate homeowners on premium bath and shower solutions, product benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.

• In-home sales experience.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.
