Care Practitioner Resource Centre

Overview

West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a full time Care Practitioner for Hungerford Resource centre. We provide services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and for those with frailty and dementia. We are seeking caring, committed individuals whose practise will demonstrate the four values that are integral to our work:

The successful candidate will work with our customers in a person centred way, promoting their independence and wellbeing and supporting people to fulfil their potential, both in the resource centre and in the community. This role also requires you to work flexibly and undertake other duties appropriate to the post.

No experience necessary, all training will be provided. However a demonstrable commitment to our values is essential.

• This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
