Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, introducing relevant products and services as you develop your knowledge.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities by learning how to recognise customer needs and market trends.
• Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline updates, ensuring information is accurate and completed on time.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and product experts to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Take part in ongoing training and development to build your confidence, product knowledge, and industry understanding.
