Position SummaryThis administrative position performs a variety of administrative functions to support a high‑profile client site and ensures compliance with legal or regulatory processes, contractual and company mandated requirements. Additionally, this position is responsible for general office and training support and/or may work in a Plant Access Authorization or Fitness for Duty environment.

- In performing functions, employees must follow safe work practices and company policies related to job safety.
- All functions and tasks must be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in conformance with applicable company policies. Employees must request clarification if uncertain about policies.
- Access control and security functions, including engaging with internal and external customers to understand purpose of visit and direct as appropriate.
- Perform a variety of office administrative functions: maintaining office and confidential files, answering phones and email, working in various computer systems and databases.
- Maintain schedules of work, appointments, or workflow processes respective to area of responsibility.
- Operate a variety of software application programs, including word processing and spreadsheet programs, and prepare documents such as correspondence, memoranda, reports, papers, charts, statistical tables, and messages requiring accuracy in spelling and grammar.
- Operate a variety of office automation equipment, including copy machines, facsimile machines, networked computers, laser printers, shredders, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
- May be responsible for directing, motivating, training, and coaching others.
- Cross train with other departments as necessary, and support other departments as needed.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
