Sr. Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager will report to the Sr. Sourcing Manager and be based in Huntersville, NC. The role involves managing several component categories—including resin, metal, and glass—for Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Rubbermaid, and Oster brands. You and your team will develop, implement, and drive strategies that deliver competitive advantage, productivity gains, working‑capital improvements, lead‑time reductions, in‑bound service level improvements, supplier‑quality goals, and support new‑product‑development projects, while providing guidance, support, and leadership to categories.

• Establish, analyze and optimize sourcing strategy for multiple component categories.
• Manage supplier performance metrics including contract and price negotiation, working‑capital efficiency, geographic supply diversification and risk mitigation, and single‑supplier dependency reduction.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships that support KPI delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a winning culture with shared goals.
• Partner with regional sourcing team to drive project execution and continuous supplier development that aligns with global supplier strategy.
• Handle daily responsibilities such as NPD supplier selection, supplier consolidation/introduction, savings negotiation, on‑time delivery, engineering changes, and quality improvements.
• Support supplier quality and global responsible sourcing by ensuring compliance throughout the supply base.

• 5+ years of sourcing experience or demonstrated performance managing comparable scope of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering results against performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to drive results independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 15%.
• Proven leadership and talent‑development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
