Position Summary
Support the development and execution of category strategies and customer engagement plans. This role assists in translating insights into actionable plans and ensures alignment with segment and customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Annual Category Management Plans and selling stories.
- Support Sales-led customer meetings with insights and data.
- Help implement go-to-market strategies including pricing and promotions.
- Maintain Commercialization playbooks and assist in tracking performance.
- Gather and analyze market and category data to identify opportunities.
- Provide input on retailer dynamics and support tailored category plans.
- Collaborate with Category Development on storytelling and presentation materials.
- Support Supply Chain forecasting and optimization processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or category management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
