CEIS | Rayne is currently looking for a Nuclear P6 Scheduler for one of our top clients.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain detailed, resource‑loaded project and outage schedules.
- Set and manage baseline schedules, integrating with cost and risk data.
- Monitor subcontractor/supplier schedules and lead progress updates.
- Perform schedule analysis (critical path, what‑if, risk, earned value).
- Track and log schedule changes, align with change management and reporting processes.
- Lead internal/external scheduling meetings and generate regular schedule reports.
- Support risk analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain project scheduling tools, dashboards, and documentation.
- Provide schedule mentorship and support project teams on best practices.
- Ensure all scheduling is aligned with cost, change, and risk management efforts.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project/outage/turnaround scheduling.
- Proficient in Primavera P6; SAP preferred.
- Experience with EPC, T&M, and Fixed Price contracts.
- Field construction and large project experience (including portfolios).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project controls standards, PMI certification a plus.
