Scope
:
The Clinical Program Director directs the clinical operations of contingent labor force for COMPANIES clients. Collaborates with facility leadership, management and education departments in conjunction with COMPANY MSP program managers to facilitate on boarding and orientation of both COMPANY and Affiliate Vendor clinicians. Promotes service excellence to clients and clinicians by coaching and managing clinician performance. Additionally, contributes towards client and COMPANY strategic initiatives that impact the quality of healthcare professionals, fill rate, revenue, and profit while mitigating risk exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Client contacts in order to maximize service excellence and improve issue resolution.
• Collect Unit Assessments and Job descriptions during implementation and update as needed to accurately source clinicians
• Collaborate with Client Education Department to facilitate and conduct orientation and maintain updated orientation content and E-Learning Modules specific to facility.
• Provides direct oversight for all aspects of the New Graduate Nurse Program
• Coordinate facility implementation and performs clinical reviews for Voice Advantage (VA) interviews
• Interfaces with Affiliate Vendors for onboarding and clinical escalation.
• Mitigate risk by problem solving on performance escalations
• Acts as primary resource for company and client requirements, policy and procedures.
• Perform and interpret internal audits of MSP metrics (Performance Evaluations, Cancellations, DNS, etc.) to identify and plan for opportunities to improve with actionable items.
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with key facility contacts to assess performance.
• Provide direct/ primary support to Clients/Clinicians in travel nurse, allied, pharmacy and local staffing for a modified client territory.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Clinical Operations process, managing medium to large scale projects and developing and delivering training.
• Deliver business presentations or other formal communications to Clients and/or internal business partners

Minimum Education /

Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Preferred Education/

Certifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• AONE- NM certification
• CPHQ or SHRM certification
• Board certification in clinical specialty
• PMP
• 5 years as RN in acute care setting
• 3 years of direct supervisory or managerial responsibility

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a travel nurse or working with travelers
