Job Title: Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter

Compensation: base pay + uncapped commission (first year estimate is approx. $45-55,000 with ample growth opportunity)

Hours: Mon-Fri;
Full Time

Recruiters start as Sourcers and work very closely with the recruiting team as they learn and develop their skills to screen and qualify candidates. Sourcers can earn a promotion to Recruiter in as little as 2-3 months after starting!

Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing an understanding of the skill sets in the telecommunications and IT field
• Searching for potential candidates that meet certain skill criteria
• Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, text, etc.
• Identifying candidates strengths and interests
• Matching candidates with the clients and jobs that best fit with their goals and skills

What does it take to be successful at Verigent?

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Effective communication
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn and use multiple business applications proficiently

Essential functions of the job:

• Stationary positioning, including sitting for extended periods of time
• Repetitive motions, including the use of fine motor skills in the arms, hands and fingers
• Communication with others to exchange information

The environment for this job will involve:

• Indoor elements with expected temperatures
• Interactions with other individuals
